- As the major countries in the world are actively expanding to develop Southeast Asia’s abundant marine resources and develop markets, it is necessary to stimulate cooperation and exchanges between the region and South Korea.
- For the purpose of grasping information on business expansion in Southeast Asia, institutionalizing cooperative exchanges through joint research and seminars, securing a preemptive research base for the development of Southeast Asian marine and marine resources, and discovering cooperative projects for economic development between the two countries.
